If you are unhappy with your Base Subscription (e.g., the monthly fee for Pro or Team plans), you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

To request a refund, please email [email protected]. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via our payment processor, Dodo Payments.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Usage & Overage Fees: Costs incurred for API calls, storage, or data transfer exceeding your plan's included limits are non-refundable, as these represent consumed server resources.
• Subscription Renewals: We do not offer refunds for automatic renewals unless you cancelled prior to the renewal date.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, at which point your account will be downgraded to the Free tier.
